Over the past 30 years, Jack Carmichael have contributed to various local and national charities and organisations. We are also proud to support the local economy and workforce.
Recently we have provided sponsorship or support to Moray Youth Choir, St Giles Theatre Group, Elgin Rotary Club, The Dream Makers Charity, The Red Cross and 63 Car Club’s Speyside Stages. We also provide spare flooring materials, cardboard tubes and such to local craft projects / charities as needed. Please contact us if your organisation requires these items; we’re happy to help!
Eye Cancer Trust & Diabetes UK
In addition to this we also support The Childhood Eye Cancer Trust, a specialist Retinoblastoma charity working on the rare form of eye cancer which has affected members of the Carmichael family in the past.
Director Colin Sey is running the Great North Run this year in support of Diabetes UK charity, sponsored by Jack Carmichael. If you would like to sponsor Colin, please do get in touch with him at colin@flooring-scotland.com
Local Economy Support
We make it our priority to employ local staff where possible and regularly recruit apprentices from the Moray area. We use local suppliers where possible and secure large local contracts which, as no other local company has the ability to manage such contracts, would be awarded to companies outside the area.
Our local clients also benefit from our competitive pricing gained through volume with all major manufacturers, so everyone benefits!
